With your applicable tracking choices, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may collect information about website visits, interactions, and responses to advertising.

Catering Inquiries

Our shared catering team receives event inquiries through The Wine Bar on Palafox website, including inquiries originating from links on the Kaple Hospitality website.

Form submissions are stored in WordPress and emailed to the catering manager. They are used to respond to your request and coordinate potential services. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.

Email Marketing

We use Constant Contact to send news, offers, and event invitations across our six brands.

You may subscribe through a signup form or a separate optional marketing choice offered during an inquiry or ticket purchase. Purchasing a ticket or requesting catering does not, by itself, subscribe you to our marketing list.

You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact us using the details below. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary communications about an active order, inquiry, or booking.

Marketing emails may use tracking technologies to measure opens and link clicks.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, preferences, analytics, and advertising.

We use Google Analytics to understand website activity and Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and support advertising audiences.

Retention varies by the type of information and the purpose for which it is held. Inquiry information may remain in WordPress and email records; subscription information remains in our email platform unless removed or otherwise managed.

We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to older inquiries. We consider operational needs, applicable recordkeeping requirements, disputes, and requests to delete information when determining what to retain.

Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing communications.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or transaction-related reasons. Rights available to you may depend on applicable law.

Our authorized service providers, including our advertising agency, may assist us in carrying out requests. Information held independently by a third-party platform may require a request directly to that provider.
